Location

The Philippines is a country located in southeast Asia. It is an archipelago located between the Philippine sea, south China sea and Celebes sea. It’s capital is Manila but the biggest city is Quezon City. It is in a strategic point because it is located between the commerce route between China, Japan and Korea with Europe and South Asia. There are approximately 7000 islands in the archipelago and most of them are formed because of volcanic activity but also because of the movement of tectonics.
